2. Puzzle Pack Subscription

2.1 Subscription:
Our Puzzle Pack Subscription service provides you with access to puzzle packs via email. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee specified at the time of sign-up, which will be billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.

2.2 Billing and Payments:
You authorize Brain Games Hub to charge the subscription fee to your selected payment method at the agreed-upon frequency. All payments are non-refundable.

2.3 Cancellation:
You can cancel your Puzzle Pack Subscription at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial periods or unused puzzle packs.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership:
All content and materials provided through the Services, including puzzles, graphics, logos, and text, are the property of Brain Games Hub or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Limited License:
Subject to these Terms, Brain Games Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
